Today Ms. Manliguis class shared in a special greeting activity in the library. We all greeted each other with “Konichiwa” – Good Day in the Japanese language. It was extra special as each person was recognized by name, eye contact and with a bow which signifies honor. Greeting people everyday brings Joy to my life and I love being greeted too. So, the next time we see each other, let’s be creative in our greetings and use a language from around the world like: Kalimera (Greek), Talofa (Samoan) Ia orana (Tahitian), and Bom dia (Portuguese). Meet & Greet!
