Learning Diagrams / GeoSHAPE Quiz
- Finish learning diagrams (#13-20) and study vocabulary using the cover, think, check, repeat technique.
- Study one column at a time.
- Cover the whole column with a paper.
- Slide the paper up to show the picture only of the bottom diagram.
- Think what it represents.
- Slide the paper up to check the definition.
- Think what word it matches.
- Slide the paper up to check the word.
- Repeat the process for the first word, then go on to the second.
- Repeat the process for the first two words, then go on to the third… and so on.
- When you finish one column, use the same process to study the second column. Then review both columns.
- Repeat for the other side of the page.
2. Review the six areas of Social Studies (GeoSHAPE). (If you missed class, please see another student or Kumu Mandoe for the notes.)
The quiz will cover vocabulary and the areas of Social Studies. We will play a review game related to GeoSHAPE in class before the quiz, which is on 8/15 (O) and 8/16 (E). Learning Diagrams will be collected on the quiz day.
