Medical Forms for SY 11-12 Due

Reminder to all students and their families that KSH Medical Forms were sent out in January and are due in May prior to the end of school.  Students who do not turn in their medical forms will not be able to receive their yearbook at distribution.

In addition, this is a reminder to all 10th grade students and athletes that physicals (+ TB test) need to be completed for the upcoming school year.  Athletes need to complete an Athletic physical – forms may be obtained at our main office or at our Athletic office.  Grade 10 students were mailed the high school physical form.  Incoming 9th grade students also need to complete a physical.  Forms are forthcoming.

Mahalo,

Outstanding Detention Notices

Letters were sent to parents who’s child has outstanding/unserved detentions for the 3rd quarter.  This is a reminder to all students that detentions must be worked off in order for underclassmen to register for next school year and for Seniors to participate in Graduation/Commencement Ceremonies and Activities.  Please schedule a Saturday with me to work of these detention hours.

Mahalo,

School Service Q4

This is a reminder that School Service begins Tuesday, March 22nd when school resumes.  I will have an introductory meeting 1st lunch on Tuesday, 3/22 at the presentation room in the Career and Counseling Center to review school service assignments, requirements and answer any questions you may have.  Please attend and remember that all students are required to successfully complete school service one quarter of their high school career as a program/graduation requirement.

 See you there!

 Mr. Aganus

Ho`ike 2011 is Incredible

Riveting, captivating, impressive – these words come mind after sitting through our student production “Hilina’i Ole I Ka ‘I’ini A Ka Makemake”.  Hats off to all of our student performers who did an excellent job of telling the tale of Hina.  To our kumu – words cannot express the pride that I experienced in watching everyone bring this to life.  Simply amazing!
