Nae’ole gym: Mr. Ala hosts another successful workout

Mr. Ala conducted another successful workout session on Sunday, Feb. 8 as a number of boys joined him to work their arms, shoulders, and core. Ever the coach, Mr. Ala even worked sprints into the workout:
