Talent Release Forms

Whenever you shoot any talent in your videos, you need to get their permission to use their image. Kamehameha students already have permission as all parents sign a release form at the beginning of each school year. Anyone OUTSIDE of Kamehameha students needs to get a permission form signed by themselves (and their parents if they are under 18 years old).
