Servant leadership.

To complete an endorsement, students must take between 3.0 to 4.0 credits of classes that are aligned with an endorsement’s concentration and receive a grade of B or above in each class.  For more information, please contact your grade-level counselor.

A servant-leader focuses primarily on the growth and well-being of people and the communities to which they belong, prioritizing the greater good for the lāhui and the world.

Hōʻike Examples

Ma ka hana ka ʻike, through doing one learns.

By engaging students in hands-on experiences and reflection, they are better able to connect theories and knowledge learned in the classroom.

Haumāna may select their own hands-on experiences.

Possible hō’ike experiences may include:

  • Lamakū reflection
  • Community service project
  • Presentation to industry leaders and/or peers (in-person, online, or video)
