As a reminder, here is a breakdown of the work that needs to be done:
- The maps were to be affirmed by the teachers by Oct 15 (as noted in SuccessFactors goals).
- The DHs reviewed the maps (Oct 15-Nov 15) and were asked to prepare feedback for the teachers with 2 possible outcomes of approving the map to “publish” (lock stages 1 and 2) as is OR make the suggested changes to the common course maps for “publishing” by December 31.
- Once the common course is “published”, teachers can work on their individual maps for the common course (stage 3).
NOTE: If a teacher does not belong to a common course, he/she is to work on the singleton* courses to work on this year. If a teacher belongs to a common course AND a singleton* course, he/she should focus on common course first and then work on the singleton* course.
*Singleton refers to an individual class.
