As a reminder, here is a breakdown of the work that needs to be done:
  1. The maps were to be affirmed by the teachers by Oct 15 (as noted in SuccessFactors goals).
  2. The DHs reviewed the maps (Oct 15-Nov 15) and were asked to prepare feedback for the teachers with 2 possible outcomes of approving the map to “publish” (lock stages 1 and 2) as is OR make the suggested changes to the common course maps for “publishing” by December 31.
  3. Once the common course is “published”, teachers can work on their individual maps for the common course (stage 3).
NOTE:  If a teacher does not belong to a common course, he/she is to work on the singleton* courses to work on this year.  If a teacher belongs to a common course AND a singleton* course, he/she should focus on common course first and then work on the singleton* course.
*Singleton refers to an individual class.
