Papa ‘Ekolu completed their annual Holiday Gift Giving Project this year which extended beyond just one family. Our awesome Third Graders collected over $850 for our adopted family of five from Hawaiian Paradise Park. In addition, our gift giving inspired others to give generously and we collected another $550 from other friends. This enabled us to purchase gifts for another 6 families! One Papa ‘Ekolu ‘Ohana even asked for information on finding a family to adopt on their own. Giving to others has gotten contagious!
Mahalo Papa ‘Ekolu for showing others what the true meaning of Christmas is about… thinking of others and helping those in need. That’s what Jesus would do, and that’s what he was sent to us to do. He is our Savior and this is the season to rejoice and praise Him. God bless you all!
