Starting off our trimester in the fourth grade, the students are taking a closer look at the atmosphere where our weather occurs. Here in this experiment, Hot Meets Cold, the students explore what they think will happen when hot water meets up with cold water. There were many good predictions of what would happen. In order to gain a better view of where the hot and cold water would go, the students died the hot water red and the cold water blue.
