Listed here are tips from the ʻOhana Help Desk. They are the top three most frequent calls that they receive. Please feel free to share these tips with your ʻohana.
- Global Protect – If you don’t see the WIFI symbol at the top right corner, and you know that you’re connected to your personal WIFI, you may need to re-connect Global Protect. You can find it on page 12 of the ʻOhana iPad Guide.
- Passcode – If you enter the wrong code too many times you will be locked out permanently and the iPad will have to be swapped. Passcode is the keiki’s graduation year.
- Seesaw – Text code or Scan code is provided by the Kumu.
