Good News!  Homework is assigned daily, Monday thru Thursday, not to exceed 60 minutes per day.

• Independent Reading Logs and Book Projects – Read at least 20 min. 2-3 chapters per day.  Finish reading at least one chapter book per month, complete our book project requirements as outlined in your “For the Love of Reading” book project components.
• IXL Math Practice – At least 15 min./one assigned skill per day.
• Specials Classes –  Not to exceed 25 minutes per day for all specials combined.
• Homework Planner – Parents need to check and initial daily.

Even Better News!  Homework will not be assigned on weekends, holidays or vacations!   However, please note the following:

• Students are still encouraged to read.
• Students may need to work on periodic/special long term projects.
• Students with late or incomplete daily work will need to get caught up. This includes both excused and unexcused absences.
