There’s no I in team!

I found this great article explaining how group work often turns into one or two students doing all of the work while other students have mastered the art of getting grades for group assignments that they did not really earn.  How do we get students to collaborate and work well as a team?  This article made a lot of sense to me as we often break up into groups, I mean teams haha, for guidance lessons.  Here’s the link fellow educators.
