Hillbrook School has a 1:1 initiative at the elementary level. There resources are excellent.

They have a course in iTunes U that lays out their 1:1 program and offers a wealth of information. Check it out at the iTunes U link within the iTunes Store.

The Flagstaff Unified School district has an iPad literacy initiative for grade 3. They have put their resources online and offered to support us any way they can. One item that I found on their site that might be useful is an app evaluation rubric. Check it out!

Kamehameha Schools has a site license for Discovery Education. Every teacher and student can access their vast library of media. Teachers can create classes, assignments, even quizzes!
