Help us get to Scotland!

Help us get to Scotland by taking your recyclables to Atlas Recycling. Ask for the proceeds to go to account #46 (“Edinburgh”). That’s all there is to it!

We plan to take 20 students and 10 staff members. The cost for each participant is approximately $7,100.00 for a total of $213,000.

FUNDRAISING PLANS include performances that will be open to the public with proceeds going to the Scotland fund. Mark your calendars for the following exciting events:

WEST SIDE STORY November 19 (4pm), 20-21 (7pm). Tickets only $5 The classic modern telling of Romeo and Juliet set on the gritty streets of New York. Guest choreographer Jenn Eng lends her talents to this challenging and memorable production.
CHRISTMAS CONCERT Wednesday, December 2 (6pm). Featuring band, hula, choir classes and special guests. Tickets $12. Get in the spirit of the season with the performing arts department.
HŌʻIKE 2016 – “Hāʻupu” March 10-11 (7pm). The third Hawaiian-language opera produced by KS-Hawaii, based on the legend of Kana and Niheu. Tickets $12.

Students have been selling ice cream during lunch, bringing in about $500.00 a week.

Our projected in-house fundraising will be $135,000. Our shortfall will be $78,000, for which we are seeking help.
