Aloha, ‘o Kilohana Hirano ko‘u inoa. I am humbled to be able to serve as the Hawaiian Culture/Curriculum Specialist at Kamehameha Schools Hawai‘i. Some of my kuleana include
- developing and monitoring our campus’s work with the Külia I Ka Nu‘u - Hawaiian Language & Culture Performance Indicators
- developing and implementing more Nohona Hawai‘i training for our staff
- offering curriculum support for incorporating more Hawaiian Language and Culture to our teachers
