On January 5, 2012 Kula Ha`aha`a will be hosting internationally acclaimed author, child psychologist, and consultant, Dr. Michael Thompson. Dr. Thompson has worked in more than 200 different schools across the US and is the co-author of Best Friends, Worst Enemies: Understanding the Social Lives of Children. (see shelfari) A dedicated speaker and traveler, Dr. Thompson has appeared on The Today Show, The Early Show, Good Morning America and Oprah.
Dr. Thompson will spend two days at Kula Ha`aha`a working with teachers, students, and parents helping us to understand the social culture of children. So remember to come out on Thursday, January 5th, to our `Ohana Night for your chance to hear Dr. Thompson speak about raising healthy children.
