Google Classroom Access @ Home

To access Google Classroom at home, go to

classroom.google.com

and log in with your google username (email address) and pwd.  If you’re trying it from a phone and possibly tablets, then you might need to download the Google Classroom app, but it’ll prompt you for it when you go to the classroom.google, com website.

Some children are having difficulty finding and logging into Google Classroom on home computers. Here is the information from IT to get home access. If it still doesn’t work, please let me know. Mahalo!

“It’s possible that someone else is signed in to Google on their home computer. Have them try this:
·         Go to google.com
·         On the top right corner, it’ll have a blue “Sign In” button if nobody is signed in. If it has someone’s name or picture, then they need to click on that and sign out of that other user (or they could try a different web browser).
·         Once nobody is signed in, then they can click the blue “Sign In” button and log in with their email address and Google password. Since it’s their first time logging in on that device, it may give them one of those words/numbers that the kids have to type in to verify that it’s a human trying to log in to the account. They just copy the numbers and/or letters in the picture into the text box.
·         From there, they should be logged in to their Google account and can go to Google Classroom (classroom.google.com or click on the 9 dot application launcher and choose Classroom from there).”
