Kumu Leina‘ala’s “Green Juice” Recipe

Handful of Spinach
2 long stalks Celery
2 leaves Kale
1 small or 1/4 of a long Cucumber
1 Banana- If they get too ripe.  Peel them and put in the freezer.
Fruits- strawberries, mangos, blueberries.  Use whatever you have. Frozen fruits tend to be less expensive than fresh  fruit.  Make sure to read the label so there is NO added sugar just the natural fruit.  I use frozen strawberries and frozen mangos.
A little Water or Coconut water.
