Wishing our boys volleyball team the best as they head into the semifinals vs. Moanalua, 7pm at McKinley Gym.
Also wishing our girls water polo team the best in their game against Kaiser today at 4:30pm. They dropped a tough one to KS-Kapālama, 11-6.
Good luck to our girls softball team who take on Waialua today at 5pm. They fought hard, but came up short vs. Kauai, 12-2.

Congratulations to Sky, Tiari and Makana from Mrs. Gapero’s History classes for receiving awards in this year’s Mauna Kea Coin Contest. Congratulations to our Juniors in completing their triathlon! Mahalo for Mr. Cabalse, Mr. McInnis and Mr. Wong for working hard in planning and putting on the triathlon.
AcaDec Update – Reece took a gold medal in speech and had a perfect score of 1000 (he is the highest speech score in the nation).
Scott the bronze medal overall in Division 3 (Small Enrollment Schools) Scholastic Division. Scott was also the high scorer for our team. He ended up winning a $1000 in scholarship money due to these two awards.
As a team: They placed 12th overall in the nation and 4th in Division 3 (small enrollment schools) – for the later achievement they are bringing a large national plaque back to the school.
Side note in the Super Quiz Event (for this year: the history of European imperialism) – they placed 9th overall in the nation.
