Reminder to all students and their families that KSH Medical Forms were sent out in January and are due in May prior to the end of school.  Students who do not turn in their medical forms will not be able to receive their yearbook at distribution.

In addition, this is a reminder to all 10th grade students and athletes that physicals (+ TB test) need to be completed for the upcoming school year.  Athletes need to complete an Athletic physical – forms may be obtained at our main office or at our Athletic office.  Grade 10 students were mailed the high school physical form.  Incoming 9th grade students also need to complete a physical.  Forms are forthcoming.
