STEP 1: Create a Certiport Profile
- In a web browser, go to www.certiport.com.
- Click on the blue Login/Register button in the top right corner of the page.
- In the New Users section, click Register.
- Complete all required fields on the Welcome page.
- Complete all required fields on the Account Setup page. Please create a Username and Password that you will remember as this will be used to begin all certification exams.
- Complete all required fields on the Personal Information page. For students, please provide your parent with a copy of the MOS/Certiport Notification letter.
- Complete all required fields on the Profile page.
- Click Submit.
- Click on the Purpose page and check the box labeled Take an exam or prepare for an exam, then click Next. This action will register you as a Test Candidate and display a summary screen.
- Click Finish and a personalized Test Candidate page is displayed.
STEP 2: Schedule an Exam

Please note that all exams must take place on Kapālama campus as the campus is a certified testing center.
STEP 3: Practice and Review
Each exam is task-based. You will be asked to complete a number of projects composed of multiple tasks within 50 minutes. Please take the time to review some of the resources below:
STEP 4: Take the Exam
Report to the Exam Location. Please note the following:
- Your exam will be scheduled for 70 minutes. 50 minutes to complete.
- Bring your identification card and your Certiport account number with you. You will be
required to log into your Certiport Test Candidate account.
