Kamaehu, which literally means strength and firmness of resolution, is a 6 week course designed to create a safe place for our girls, grades 6-8, to talk about pre-teen issues including friendships, identity, self-esteem, conflict & communication. Girls participate in discussion and activities that promote understanding and develop skills needed to navigate middle school and beyond.
