Duties of the Vice President<\/p>\n

The vice president must be familiar with all the responsibilities of the President and must be ready to preside when called on. At all times the vice president should work in close cooperation with the President.<\/p>\n

The specific duties of the vice president are to:<\/p>\n

1. Assist the President.<\/p>\n

2.\u00a0Preside for the President at meetings when<\/p>\n

a. the President is absent.<\/p>\n

b. the President wants to debate.<\/p>\n

c. a personal motion about the President is made.<\/p>\n

3. Assume the duties of the President if the office becomes unoccupied.<\/p>\n

4. Perform other duties that are specified in the bylaws of the organization.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<\/div>\n
