Emphasis will be placed on the development of critical thinking skills, in addition to effective reading, writing, listening, speaking, and research skills.&nbsp; Students will be required to read 2 additional books and complete a book report for each book and complete 2 cultural practitioner events and reports.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>A $5.00 fee for L\u0101 Nohona Hawai\u02bbi<\/strong> will be assessed.
