Prerequisites
<\/strong>
To minimize the potential of running into device related issues on testing day, make sure to check the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Network Settings \n
      \n
    • Ensure Private WiFi Address is set to OFF. If it is not OFF, visit a Wahi Lolouila.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Open System Preferences<\/strong> > WiFi <\/strong>> Click on the three dots<\/strong> next to KS WiFi > Network Settings<\/strong> > Private WiFi Address: OFF<\/strong>.
      <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Global Protect\n
        \n
      • Update to the latest version of Global Protect<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Open Self Service<\/strong> > search for Global Protect<\/strong> > Install<\/strong> (this will install the latest version)
        <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • MacOS Fully Updated\n
          \n
        • Reference “Missing Kuleana” emails for instructions specific to your version. If you run into issues while updating, visit a Wahi Lolouila.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

          After performing the above prerequisites, complete the Bluebook Device Test below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          BlueBook Device Test<\/strong>
          Students should test the BlueBook app as close to testing day as possible to prevent application issues on test day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          1. Launch the BlueBook app<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          2. Click on “Test Your Device”<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          3. Ensure all 4 checkmarks are green (i.e. Memory, Operating System, Device lock, Disk Space)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
