When blown by the strongest winds, the \u02bbohe sways and bends without losing its \u201crigid\u201d form. The Hawaiian value associated with the \u02bbohe is ha\u02bbaha\u02bba (humility). A flexible attitude develops within as a result of learning to give and take, and bend and sway in challenging situations. Integrity grows out of respect for self and others, and knowing what is right and doing it.
