BFFs! Best FISH! Friends!<\/p><\/div>\n

The students in 5B today chose “homework buddies!” \u00a0What’s a homework buddy you ask? \u00a0Students were asked to find someone that they could pair up with to focus, complete, assist, or discuss homework with.<\/p>\n

First thing on the agenda for the Homework Buddies…change the name! \u00a0New name…BFF! \u00a0“Best FISH! Friend!” \u00a0The BFF’s will work together using iPads to:<\/p>\n

Check if homework is complete, they may sit close on the long bus ride home to complete assignments, FaceTime or text each other when work is done, or if assistance is needed! \u00a0They agreed that a BFF DOESN’T give answers or let partner copy…that would be pono ‘ole! \u00a0A BFF supports and encourages you!<\/p>\n

The students said they are now going to be “the NO Stamp Crew!” \u00a0No more red missing homework stamps for them now that they’re BFF has “got their back!” \u00a0They’re going to get “good grades for days!” (quotes I heard in class today) and Mrs. Ah Hee will be “Sweet, not Salty because all homework will be done AND on time! \ud83d\ude42 \u00a0Yaay…go team, go! \u00a0BFFs: \u00a0How did the first night of homework go with your BFF?\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
