Mahalo Alan for sharing this wonderful podcast. I thoroughly enjoyed what he had to say about the implications of technology on education. I agreed with a lot of what he shared and I look forward to having others listen to this podcast. I especially like the part about teaching our students to be aware of the information on the internet and knowing how to understand and use what’s out there. I also think it’s important for teachers to understand this shift in education where teachers are no longer the sole source of knowledge in the classroom. The teachers of today need to make this shift in their thinking and teaching methodologies. I see this as being a key goal in my current position as a technology resource teacher.
