This is just a short note to remind you that all faculty are or will be scheduled for SMART goals conferences with either Mai or I this month.<\/p>\n

We look forward to reconnecting with you and to learning how we can support your efforts.<\/p>\n

Please review your goals and be ready to discuss:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Describe your progress towards achieving your goal.\u00a0 What actions did you take?<\/li>\n
  2. What is your analysis of what happened as you made adjustments?\u00a0 Present your data\/evidence of student results after modifications\/changes were made.<\/li>\n
  3. Discuss your new understandings and changes in your practice which will enhance student achievement\/progress.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    As a friendly reminder, these are the same reflection questions that you do at the end of the year reflection in your portfolio or Success Factors (for Ka Pi`ina field testers).<\/p>\n

    Flora will be scheduling for me and Healani for Mai.<\/p>\n
