This week we begin collecting “Pennies for Pauahi”, a fund raising effort to support the Ke Ali’i Pauahi Foundation. We continue to stress the importance of KAHIAU, giving from the heart without expecting anything in return. Funds raised help provide scholarships for our native Hawaiian pre-school keiki. Uncle Keawe Liu, Executive Director of Ke Ali’i Pauahi Foundation, expressed at our Awards Assembly his gratitude for the generous donations given by our kula ha’a ha’a in the past years.
