Houselessness: The problem of people not having a house.

Today our students were shown a handful of pictures and asked to decide if the people in the photos were houseless or not. Many students made decisions based on looks alone. Little did they know that everyone in all the photos were/are houseless. Lesson learned: Donʻt judge a person by the way they look.

Unfortunately many people judge others on how they look but we need to teach our keiki that we may never truly know the situation someone is in.
