8/28/19 Poʻakolu (Wednesday)

K-5 Picture Day: Picture selection packets were sent home previously. Please make sure haumāna are dressed appropriately. Any hair accessories are NOT permitted & will be removed before picture is taken. **Please have student bring order envelope in TODAY! If you placed an “online” order, please send keiki to school with envelope with the ONLINE ORDER# on envelope.

8/30/19 Poʻalima (Friday) Day 5

Aloha Wear Day

Haumāna have the Option to dress in Aloha attire. If student chooses NOT to dress in Aloha attire, student MUST be in school uniform.

Boys: Aloha shirts with dress pants or shorts. If shirt is tucked in a belt must be worn (excluding kindergartners). Uniform shoes. NO rubber slippers.

Girls: Aloha attire is island wear, the same as May Day attire. Pants and shorts must be tailored (tailored jeans are acceptable). No rips or tears in Jeans, please. No spaghetti straps or halter tops (straps must be two inches wide or more). No tight-fitting dresses. Shorts, skort or skirt length must NOT be shorter than 2 inches above the knee while standing. Sandals or shoes are permitted and heels should not exceed 1 1/2 inches. Sandals MUST have a back strap.

IF student has PE, they MUST bring their athletic shoes.

**June, July & August Birthdays will be celebrated during lunch with a special treat for all haumāna during lunch.
