On Tuesday, March 3rd, Angela Maiers will offer, \u201cParenting in the Age of Google\u201d from 6:30pm-8:00pm in Lunalilo Hale. We are offering child care for all our KS students<\/span>\u00a0only in CRBLC for those in attendance. The subject of this talk is quite different from last week’s talk. Angela is well known in the nation and is a featured speaker and workshop presenter at schools. She will be working with our teachers during the day and our parents in the evening. She will be talking about how the internet has changed the way we operate. It has changed parenting, for sure. How can you guide and advocate for your children? These points will be discussed and you will be able to ask your burning questions. “How much is too much?” “How do I manage my child’s screen time?” “How do I keep my child safe from all the sex and violence available on the internet?”<\/p>\n We have opened up this event to parents and teachers in other schools in our community.
