At Open House last week we shared a video that hopefully clarifies our dress code policy, particularly as it concerns shoes, socks, outerwear, belts and aloha wear. Our aim this year is to minimize the number of dress code referrals we receive from teachers.
Please note that the dress code specifies the colors allowed. If your child’s shoes, socks, outerwear or belt includes a color that is NOT in the dress code guidelines (page 21 of the handbook–accessible on the right sidebar), it does not meet the uniform guidelines. We will begin enforcing our dress code guidelines on September 4th.
