What does your dog look like?
Where do you get your brown eyes or curly hair? These are questions that the fifth graders are exploring. They are learning about how traits and characteristics are inherited from their parents and grandparents.
In this activity, the students are creating a unique dog by randomly selecting a code and matching the code with the correct trait. Each dog is different depending on which code they selected.
