Today marks the 25th Anniversary of the Space Shuttle Challenger accident which took the lives of Hawaii-born Ellison Onizuka, Christa McAuliffe, Michael Smith, Francis Scobee, Judith Resnik, Gregory Jarvis and Ronald McNair. On January 28, 1986 the Space Shuttle Challenger unfortunately exploded during take off and forever scarred the families of the astronauts and the nation. We will always remember the brave members of this crew.
