Aloha e Second Graders!
We’ll be finishing up some start of the year items such as earthquake and lockdown drills. We weren’t able to get through them the last class.
The class room has some new pets and I’m sure that they’ll notice them. I’ll introduce them so they can get acquainted with them. We have a new crayfish, which is an addition to our first one. We have some opae ula shrimp and some new male guppy fish.
Classwork: We’ll be completing a KWL on Life Cycles, our first trimester topic. On page 22 of the science notebook, complete the Topic: Life Cycles; K – What do you know about life cycles?; W – What would you want to learn about life cycles? This is due at the end of class.
I look forward to another exciting day in science.
