Celebrating Dr. Seuss!

“I do so like green eggs and ham! Thank you! Thank you, Sam-I-am!” -Dr. Seuss, Green Eggs and Ham

In celebration of Dr. Seuss’s birthday, Uncle Bruce and the dining staff made green eggs and ham for our keiki. Mahalo Uncle Bruce and staff for helping our keiki celebrate Dr. Seuss and enjoyment of reading.

The second graders also had a special guess this morning to celebrate Dr. Seuss’s birthday.  Mrs. Nae`ole-Wong stopped by the second grade pod to read them a very special story called, I Can Read with My Eyes Shut. Mahalo nui Mrs. Nae`ole-Wong for sharing your love of reading with the second graders.
