One of the final exploratory activities for 2nd grade in their unit on magnets is trying to identify various types of magnets being used in our class. After weeks of using magnets, students were asked to record the different types of magnets in their notebooks. Some that they used were magnet bars, a wand, horseshoe magnets and magnet balls. See more of their excitement while exploring with their magnets. Itʻs amazing how ʻplayʻ time can turn into discovery time.
