As the 3rd graders are learning about the layers of the earth, they are also learning how to use scales for measuring. Here you can see 3B students measuring out play-doh for each layer of the earth. They will be using these measured play-doh to create a 3-dimensional earth in order to see how the layers look inside the earth. Come again to see what it will look like.
