Ever wonder whatʻs inside of a seed? Ask the first graders as they investigated what is exactly inside of a bean seed. First they did some data collection like measuring their dry bean seed and wrote a description. Then they compared their dry bean and their wet bean. Finally they peeled the skin off the wet seed and split it in half. Guess what they found?…….a tiny little plant called an embryo.
