ANNOTATION

PROCESS: is to teach younger brother how to swim through exposure to learning correct form and technique in swimming (self, ohana). Student reflects on performance and growth and also draws a connection of meaning to share her ʻike with her brother.

Knowledge & Take Action fell short of Proficient by meeting Developing
Knowledge- Defined most components of wellness (physical, emotional, mental)
Student discussed breathing techniques, cardiovascular endurance,muscular endurance and strength and also stress management
Take Action- Still developing proficiency as student recognizes overall skill level is not yet proficient, but is motivated to excel to furthermore teach younger brother.
