Sometimes when you write a blog post, you want to make documents available for your readers to download. \u00a0Here\u02bbs how to add an attachment to your KS Blog:<\/p>\n

  1. Decide how you want your attachments inserted, for example:a. \u00a0Click here<\/a> to download document
    \nb. \u00a0Click on the link below to download document
    \n    Adding a Post<\/a> <\/p>\n

    <\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/strong> <\/li>\n

  2. Click on the icon that looks like a sun above your tool bar. \u00a0When you hover your mouse over it it will say, “add media”. <\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/strong>\"\"<\/a>
    \n<\/strong><\/strong><\/li>\n
  3. In the shadow box you will notice at the top there are different places you can upload your media from. \u00a0In this example, we\u02bbre going to upload from our computer. \u00a0Simply click on, <\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/strong> <\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/strong>\"\"<\/a>
    \n<\/strong><\/strong><\/li>\n
  4. Notice in the next window a link is created to the document. \u00a0For example b above, you would simply click on “<\/span>Insert into Post<\/span>” and your document will be linked in your post. \u00a0for example a above, select and copy the link to the document and exit out of the window. <\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/strong>\"\"<\/a><\/strong><\/strong>
    \n    <\/a><\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n
  5. In your post, highlight the word you want your reader to click on to download the document. \u00a0In example a, I used the word “here”. \u00a0Highlight the word and then click on the link icon in your toolbar.\n

  6. Paste the link to your document in the url field in the next window and then choose, add link.

    Update your blog and, Voila! \u00a0Now you can link!<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n
