The East Hawaiʻi Regional Action Plan maps to the unique realities, needs and opportunities of our lāhui in the moku of Hilo, Puna, and Kaʻū/Hāmākua, Kohala, and Kona. These priority actions will create a shift in the mindset in learners, educators, families & systems which values the cultural foundations (Aloha ʻĀina, ʻŌlelo Hawaiʻi, and Hoʻōla Lāhui) promoting a thriving lāhui that are local and global servants achieving HOʻOKANAKA.
