This is a short story of jump rope for heart. Miss Lee let us get prizes if we won the competitions for the last ones standing. There is lots of ways to do jump roping there is something called forward jumping, backward jump roping, one foot jump roping and much more. There is two kinds of jump ropes one is the little ones the other one is called a long rope jump. On jump for heart was also aloha wear day but Miss Lee didn’t want the girls to trip over there dresses so they could wear short dresses or wear there uniform. It was really fun. We jumped rope for all our families and people who have heart conditions.<\/p>\n
