You all worked so hard and I know your ‘ohana appreciated all the work you put into preparing your “showcase” of your learning during the first trimester.
To all of our ‘ohana…MAHALO NUI FOR ALL OF YOUR ALOHA AND SUPPORT as your keiki continues to journey the wide, vast ocean of papa ‘ekahi! MAHALO!!!

“Pele is indeed here in Hawai’i…” Our huaka’i to the lua pele (Volcano) today was absolutely breath taking, spirit moving, brain engaging and enlightening to all parts of our Hawaiian being! Eo e Puna!

Yay!! We are absolutely delighted that our ‘uala are finally in their new home in our mala here at school. We planted them on the setting of Kukolu and the rising of Kupau…the perfect moons for planting ‘uala! We honor the knowledge of our kupuna by following their ways of knowing! It took us the whole trimester to prepare for this day. What a perfect day for planting our ‘uala! Mahalo e na kupuna. Mahalo e ke Akua!
