Use explicit text to support, citing at least two strong pieces of evidence with paragraph numbers. \u00a0Conclude by identifying a person or group\u2019s perspective that was not fully developed. <\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Point of view<\/strong>, is the perspective that a person has. \u00a0For example, a KS student might read about the protests about the telescopes on Maui and Hawaii with the perspective of a person who wants to protect the sacred sites. \u00a0Even if that person has that perspective, they could still be able to understand the different sides that people might take about the protests. \u00a0<strong>This is different from bias<\/strong>. \u00a0Bias usually has a negative connotation, because it usually is not neutral, and doesn&#8217;t look at different view points.<\/p>\n<p>In this article there are two easily identifiable points of view. \u00a0One of them has many details and the other doesn&#8217;t. \u00a0<strong>The directions are in two parts. \u00a0The first part<\/strong> is to identify the person or group&#8217;s perspective that is the most fully developed, meaning there is the most evidence explaining that perspective. \u00a0Use explicit text to explain these perspective, and be able to cite at least 2 strong pieces of evidence with their paragraph numbers.\u00a0<strong> The second part<\/strong> is to identify the person or group whose perspective was undeveloped, or that there was less evidence to support it.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>These are the directions for the Write this week: Point of View: Which person or group\u2019s perspective was most fully developed in this article?
