{"id":3026,"date":"2017-10-31T13:59:52","date_gmt":"2017-10-31T23:59:52","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blogsksbeedu.wpenginepowered.com\/pekono\/?p=3026"},"modified":"2017-10-31T13:59:52","modified_gmt":"2017-10-31T23:59:52","slug":"1031-schools-of-thought-test-on-monday-116","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/blogs.ksbe.edu\/pekono\/2017\/10\/31\/1031-schools-of-thought-test-on-monday-116\/","title":{"rendered":"10\/31 Schools of Thought test on Monday 11\/6"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Students have finished their study on the four schools of thought, and have practiced their understanding through the presentation and interpretation of tableaux today. \u00a0Tomorrow, students will participate in Socratic discussions to deepen their understanding. \u00a0Please remember that a complete and thorough answer will include much detail that connects what you see to as many characteristics of the school of thought as possible.<\/p>\n<p>Students were given the second opportunity to \u00a0improve on their government test results because many were not used to writing answers with appropriate details. \u00a0This time, the only people who will have the opportunity to retake will be the students who have an overall grade of D or below.<\/p>\n<p>No other work has been assigned, in order to prepare for the test on Monday. \u00a0Students should reread the information on the blog, review the characteristics of each school of thought, identify the practice quotes with detailed supporting information, and practice writing their own quotations based upon characteristics of the various schools of thought.<\/p>\n<p>Scoring has been explained on the previous blog entry. \u00a0There will be 8 quotes to be identified on the test. \u00a0Students will be rewriting their notes on Thursday and Friday, and they will be able to use these notes during the test on Monday.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Students have finished their study on the four schools of thought, and have practiced their understanding through the presentation and interpretation of tableaux today. \u00a0Tomorrow, students will participate in Socratic discussions to deepen their understanding. \u00a0Please remember that a complete &hellip;
