Aloha KS Hawai’i Faculty,
As the Project Manager for the KS Hawaii High School Student 1 to 1 Laptop Project, I have been quite impressed with your staff and faculty. It is not often that I get to work with people who are willing to collaborate with their faculty. Your core project team and administration has undertaken a huge task in planning for the deployment of over 600 student laptops in SY 2012-2013. As part of this planning process, the core team has reached out to faculty and students to review and give feedback on the laptop platform. The feedback received will help formulate a laptop recommendation that we will forward to Dr. Fortuna for his approval. Hopefully, he will make a decision by the end of December. We want to thank all the faculty and students that participated in this very important evaluation process.
