S<\/strong>cience T<\/strong>echnology E<\/strong>ngineering A<\/strong>rt M<\/strong>ath – STEAM<\/strong><\/p>\n

AT KES, we are committed to exposing each child from K-6 to the world of STEAM.\u00a0 Through collaboration with our teachers (grade-levels and specials),\u00a0 many project-based learning opportunities will be available for the students each year.<\/p>\n

Here are a few of the projects happening this year in some of the classrooms:<\/p>\n

Kindergarten – Lego based projects and DASH based programming<\/p>\n

1st – DASH based programming and Bloxel program creations<\/p>\n

2nd – DASH for Measurement and Data<\/p>\n

3rd – Aqua adventures (JFLL)<\/p>\n

4th – Hawaiian Garden name plates<\/p>\n

5th – Hydro Dynamics (FLL) investigation<\/p>\n

6th – Renewable Energy – pilot program with a few students<\/p>\n
